Summer Strength and Conditioning

In the past, Coach Connors has run the summer strength and conditioning program, but that was not possible this year due to COVID -19 regulation. Coach Connors has put together some great plans and resources, accessible to all students via Google Classroom. Here are the codes:

For returning players/students: i7qhg47

For freshmen/new students:   fxaveyx   (there is different code for you so that you can access the Google Classroom using an outside email--but it has to be gmail.)

ROCKPORT

Essex Tech Falls Short Against Rockport

The Hawks had a phenomenal 2nd half, but it wasn't enough to overcome the 3-0 hole they found themselves in. The defense had a great 2nd half, led by Jackie Nazzaro, with a 2nd half switch to sweeper, and Breanna White and Izzy Santana, who took their turns at stopper.

Scoring first was Ava Allaire, off a perfect cross by Emma Bedard, and followed by a beautiful finish from Hope McCarthy, both players scoring their first varsity goals.

The Hawks then dominated the rest of the game, but could not put the ball in the net.  They look to start strong in a three-game week today against Melrose. Go Hawks!!
