Summer Strength and Conditioning

In the past, Coach Connors has run the summer strength and conditioning program, but that was not possible this year due to COVID -19 regulation. Coach Connors has put together some great plans and resources, accessible to all students via Google Classroom. Here are the codes:

For returning players/students: i7qhg47

For freshmen/new students:   fxaveyx   (there is different code for you so that you can access the Google Classroom using an outside email--but it has to be gmail.)

Hawks Battle Back to Beat the Eagles on Senior Night

The Hawks took the win on senior night against the Eagles last night in the stadium. We recognized seniors Liv Cassidy, Emily Reis, and Caitlin Vinagro while also collecting donations for Breast Cancer, a cause near and dear to our hearts.

After going into halftime losing 1-0, Essex Tech bounced back big in the second half, scoring 3 goals and taking the win vs. Mystic Valley to stay undefeated in the Commonwealth Athletic Conference. Emily Enes scored two of the goals, while Cece Lebron added in her first varsity goal this season. The assists came from Hope Miller and freshmen Izzy Santana and Ava Allaire. The Hawks are now 10-0 in the CAC and 12-5 overall.
