Summer Strength and Conditioning

In the past, Coach Connors has run the summer strength and conditioning program, but that was not possible this year due to COVID -19 regulation. Coach Connors has put together some great plans and resources, accessible to all students via Google Classroom. Here are the codes:

For returning players/students: i7qhg47

For freshmen/new students:   fxaveyx   (there is different code for you so that you can access the Google Classroom using an outside email--but it has to be gmail.)

Essex Tech Blanks Northeast

The Hawks, cheered on by a vivacious Cross Country crew, sailed past Northeast 7-0 in a rainy game on Thursday. Hope Miller had a hat trick, while Emily Enes added another two. Caitlynn Burke and Hope McCarthy had a goal each, with Breanna White assisting on two of the 7 goals. It was another great effort by the defense (including Jackie Nazarro, Breanna White, Caitlin Vinagro, Emily Reis, Izzy Santana, and Hope McCarthy), helping keeper Liv Cassidy (a.k.a. the Brick Wall) secure her third shutout of the season.

The Hawks are now 5-0 in the CAC, and 5-2 overall. Tuesday they host Notre Dame on Danvers 1. Go Hawks!
