2019 SUMMER: STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING
2019 Summer Strength and Conditioning:
June 24th - Aug 8th
3:00pm - 7:00pm
3:00 pm - 5:00 pm: General session and beginners. For all students who are looking to use the facility. If they want to be coached or be on a program, we are able to provide that.
5:00 pm: Female athletes - Complex and more advanced, mainly for kids looking to prep for fall season. (Cheerleaders come during this time and is always well utilized, but we highly encourage other students to come as well).
5:30 pm: Male athletes (Mostly football, but others have always been welcomed and are highly encouraged to come if they are looking for something more regimented).
The times are subject to change based on interest, especially the general session which has not been as popular in the past. We would like to encourage all to use our space, it is free and it is an opportunity to work with two experienced people all summer.
