SUMMER WORKOUT OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL STUDENT-ATHLETES

 

STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SESSIONS UNTIL 8/14/17

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays:  6:15-8:15am and 8:30-10:30am.

Each session is 50 minutes of lifting and 50 minutes of plyo/agility/conditioning
